• Fase olfativa: Aroma intenso, con abundante fruta, frutos negros. También se aprecian notas florales y frutales.
• Fase gustativa: Carnoso, bien estructurado, destacar aromas de fruta fresca y equilibrio entre acidez y taninos dulces.
