Description

En FINCA EGOMEI en Rioja hacemos vinos modernos, de gran calidad utilizando solamente nuestras propias uvas de nuestras 30 ha de viñedos de Tempranillo y Graciano. Toda la vendimia se realiza de forma manual en cajas de 20 kgs, y que al llegar a la bodega las uvas pasan por un proyecto pionero en maquinaria de vendimia que consiste en una máquina lavadora de uvas y posterior secado con el fin de limpiar los racimos de pesticidas y polvo, consiguiendo así un vino más sano y aromático. Posteriormente estas uvas pasan a la mesa de selección, para su posterior despalillado, fermentando en depósitos de acero inoxidable de 12.000 kg.Para el envejecimiento de nuestros vinos sólo utilizamos roble francés nuevo.
